1. Defendant A
A. (1) On March 27, 2013, Defendant A conspired with the above-mentioned person and forged the real estate lease contract in the name of K and M limited liability company, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, with the seal affixed to the above-mentioned person and the seal affixed to K, L and M limited liability company.
