1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 28, 2017 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, on April 25, 201, lent KRW 30 million to the Defendant, KRW 25 million on May 24, 2011, KRW 10 million on July 28, 201 without due date and interest, and received reimbursement of KRW 25 million on July 14, 201.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 40 million and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order to the day of full payment.
