1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 36,00,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from August 22, 2015 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, pursuant to Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on September 25, 2015, the interest rate after October 1, 2015 shall be 15% per annum; 2. Non-litigation judgment (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
