1. The defendant's KRW 35,00,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from May 23, 2020 to September 11, 2020 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, was leased from the Defendant for the lease deposit amounting to KRW 35,000,000, and the period of February 18, 2020, the lease deposit was not paid by the Defendant even after the delivery of the above apartment on May 22, 2020.
