In full view of the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, occupation and environment, result of the crime, etc., as well as various sentencing factors indicated in the instant case, such as the Defendant’s age, character and conduct, occupation and environment, result of the crime, etc., the sentence of the lower judgment seems to be adequate.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
