1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,585,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 17, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. From January 2015 to August 25, 2015, the Plaintiff, as indicated in the claim, processed and supplied products of an amount equivalent to KRW 10,585,00,00, including “LC PL BL PE 10 upper and lower parts, other than upper LH,” and “gold 31450,” to the Defendant, seeking the payment of the outstanding amount (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
