A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On December 28, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Chuncheon District Court, and on March 14, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Chuncheon District Court.
On October 28, 2017, at around 16:45, the Defendant driven a 3 falp vehicle while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.123% in a section of about 10km from a 10km-ro drinking village to a 130-gil-ro drinking village in the same military from the riverside parking lot located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-do.

In case of repeated drinking, repeated driving of a motor vehicle is bad in the light of its risk, the driving distance is very favorable: It is recognized that the crime is committed, and there is no previous conviction in excess of the fine.
