1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff, a carpet selling company, is operating C, and owns a warehouse located in Gyeongcheon-si, Gyeongcheon-si (hereinafter “instant warehouse”).
On November 1, 2010, the Defendant Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Korea Electric Power Corporation”) separated electric wires charged to the instant warehouse with electric measuring instruments connected to the instant warehouse (hereinafter “instant measuring instruments”) and sealed the instant electric measuring instruments to take measures for cutting off the instant warehouse.
