1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 2, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On January 19, 2016, the Plaintiff: (a) lent KRW 5,00,000 to the Defendant on March 19, 2016; and (b) on February 4, 2016, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 26,000,000 to the Defendant without due date; (c) on the ground that the Defendant has not paid up to the present date, the Plaintiff sought payment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
