A. The reservation to trade concluded between the Defendant and B on January 28, 2012 is made.

1) The instant lease contract was renewed and terminated on November 4, 2014. On December 18, 2014, the Plaintiff completed the lease registration made on October 29, 2010 as the lessee, the lessee’s deposit amount of KRW 80,000,000, and the resident registration date on October 29, 2010, and the fixed date of October 19, 2010. 2) Meanwhile, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against B seeking a refund of the lease deposit with the Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2015Da217618, and the Plaintiff received a favorable judgment from the said court on September 9, 2015 with the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 80,00,00 and the annual interest rate of KRW 5% from the next day to August 4, 2015.
