1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 432,02,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 30, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) In addition, the purport of the claim was reduced as stated in Paragraph (1) when the Plaintiff received additional reimbursement of KRW 30 million from the Defendant as the price for the goods after the filing of the instant lawsuit. 2.
