If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

No person shall infringe upon author's property right or other property rights protected under the Copyright Act by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lending, or preparation of a derivative work.

1. From June 3, 2012 to September 26, 2012, the Defendant visited the Defendant’s residence Nos. 2 and 101 Dong 203, the Internet “lo disc” site, and allowed many and unspecified members to download 2,41 video works as shown in the list of offenses Nos. 1.

2. From January 25, 2012 to August 26, 2013, the Defendant visited the Internet “tact disc” site at the same place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, and allowed many and unspecified members to download 2,568 cinematographic works as indicated in the attached Table 2.

3. From April 5, 2012 to September 4, 2013, the Defendant visited the Internet “book” site and opened 2,536 video works as shown in the attached Table 3, thereby allowing many and unspecified members to download them.

4. From December 14, 2012 to September 26, 2013, the Defendant visited the same place as the preceding paragraph, and opened up on the Internet “K disc” website, and allowed many and unspecified members to download a 1,472 film work as indicated in the attached Table 4, such as the list of crimes in attached Table 4.

As above, the Defendant opened the file of a cinematographic work as seen above, and set aside a total of 2,492,346 points by receiving 10% of the fee paid by the downloaders from the relevant website in the form of points, and infringed on the author’s property rights, such as the right to reproduction and public transmission of each cinematographic work, for profit-making purposes, such as raising profits equivalent to a total of 1,224,063 won by exchanging part of them.
