1. The Defendant is a person who was engaged in the international marriage brokerage business between September 15, 2008 and November 20, 2008 under the trade name “C” in the following city Btel 807.

On October 25, 2008, the Defendant, without registering the international marriage brokerage business, received 4.5 million won as a commission for international marriage brokerage from the above C, and was engaged in the international marriage brokerage business without registration with the Chinese national E and the international marriage broker.

2. The Defendant is a person who was engaged in the international marriage brokerage business between November 20, 208 and October 15, 2009 with the trade name “C” in the following city:

Around October 15, 2009, the Defendant, without registering the international marriage brokerage business, received KRW 2.5 million from G as a commission for international marriage brokerage, while running the international marriage brokerage business as above. Around October 15, 2009, the Defendant was engaged in the international marriage brokerage business without registration with H, a woman of Chinese nationality, and the international marriage broker.
