A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

1. Around 00:00 on February 9, 2017, the Defendant sold 100,000 won in cash from H from the Defendant’s car parked in the front of the Gel in the vicinity of the Fel in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and sold approximately 0.13g of the clopon to H, a local mental medicine-related clopon (hereinafter “lopon”).
2. The Defendant, at the above time and at a place, injected philophones into a single-use shotphones, and injected philophones into one’s own arms by dilution them with biocom.

1. On November 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,000 from J in cash within the Defendant’s benz car parked in the Defendant’s apartment underground parking lot of Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and sold cathophones (hereinafter “cathophones”); (b) approximately 0.1g of cathophones (hereinafter “cathophones”); and (c) sold cathophones.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On November 14, 2016, the Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, administered phiphones in a way of injecting water by dividing the volume of phiphones into a single-use injection machine with J and K, and in a way of injecting them into each of the following arms.
B. On January 2017, the Defendant: (a) administered philophones by means of injecting water, which included approximately 0.05g philophones in the single-use injection machine at the residence of K located in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu Ltel A, Incheon, and 1105, as K, in the middle of January 2017: (b) the Defendant administered philophones by means of infecting them into any of the following arms.

On February 26, 2017, the Defendant was able to go together with K at the non-furcing tele guest room located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu around 18:00 on February 26, 2017.
