1. The defendant is based on the completion of the acquisition by prescription on February 5, 1983 with respect to the land size B 43 square meters on a racing-si road.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. In light of various circumstances such as the fact that the Plaintiff, as a local government, was incorporated into the road the real estate stated in the order of 1963 and did not complete the registration until now, it is fair to bear the litigation costs individually.
