1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 171,50,000 as well as 15% per annum from July 4, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. From October 2015 to February 2, 2017, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 271,500,000 to the Defendant several times. The Defendant repaid KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendant and did not repay the remainder of KRW 171,50,000,000 on March 2017, thereby making the instant claim.
