1. The Defendant’s KRW 95,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from July 1, 2016 to January 17, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff 95,00,000 won with 5% interest per annum from July 1, 2016 to January 17, 2018, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
