1. The Defendant’s payment order against the Plaintiff was based on the payment order for the case No. 2015Hu118.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: Although an order for payment stated in the order was confirmed, but the plaintiff has not purchased books from the defendant or the extinctive prescription has expired, a request for refusal of compulsory execution based on the above order for payment is made; 2. Application of Acts: Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) and (1) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act (a request for confession made by a non-defendant);
