A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
7,158,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. on February 1, 2013 at the Goyang Branch of the District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 1, 2013, and is not a narcotics handler.
1. On April 2012, the Defendant received Handphones from Police Officers on April 1, 2012, the Defendant delivered 18:00, among others, 2012, 2 multiple-use cellphones (one logphone; hereinafter referred to as “clophones”) with approximately 0.2g of psychotropic drugs delivered by C prior to the Guidebook located in Guide-si, and received clophones, without compensation, by delivering 2 multiple-use cellphones containing 0.2g of clophones.
2. On August 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 2,00,000 upon request from the motherel in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, for the purchase of phiphones from D; (b) issued the said money to C in and around G located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (c) received approximately four grams of phiphones; and (d) delivered the said money to D and arranged the purchase of phiphones from D to D; and (d) assisted the sale of phiphones by delivering it to D.
3. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on September 23, 2012, the Defendant: (b) received KRW 2,00,00 from D in the D’s car parked near I Station located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (c) issued the said money to C’s car located in the vicinity of the time; and (d) received approximately 4 gram of the opon to C’s car; and (d) delivered the said money to D and C to arrange the purchase of opon.
4. On September 29, 2012, around September 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) requested for the purchase of phiphones from D to transfer KRW 3 million to the post office account used by C; (b) on September 30, 2012, at around 00:30, he received approximately five grams of phiphones from C in the vicinity of the J Hotel located in Busan High-gu, Busan High-gu; and (c) delivered them to D and arranged the purchase of phiphones between D and C.
