A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 1,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Defendant

On April 24, 2016, Defendants installed a steel fence with a length of eight meters and a height of one meter and interfered with the construction work of the victim for the purpose of preventing the passage of cargo vehicles entering the construction site and departing from the construction site.
