Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act): Provided, That the Plaintiff’s claim for delay is accepted only within the extent recognized under the main sentence of paragraph (1) of the Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (the statutory interest rate shall be changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum; the statutory interest rate shall be changed from October 1, 2015 to 20% per annum; the statutory interest rate shall be applied until September 30, 2015 with respect to a case in which the first instance trial is pending in the court at the time the said provision enters into force, and the annual interest rate shall be applied from October 1, 2015 to 15).
