1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 24,620,00 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s KRW 5% per annum from February 12, 2011 to August 28, 2015; and (b) August 29, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act (Provided, That the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553 on September 25, 2015, part of a claim for damages for delay is dismissed).
