1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 40,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from November 11, 2014 to March 17, 2016.

On October 5, 2014, the Plaintiff agreed to lend KRW 40,000,000 to the Defendant on 37 occasions from November 10, 2014 to December 10, 2017, and the Plaintiff paid 1,00,000,000 each month from November 10 to October 10, 2017, and the remainder of KRW 4,000 each month from December 10, 2017 to pay 4,00,000 each time, and the Plaintiff paid 4,000,000 interest to the Plaintiff on 10,000,00 or more times, and thus, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the interest and installment, so the Defendant is obliged to pay the interest and installment to the Plaintiff the interest and the interest accruing from delay once.
2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissals, Etc. are amended on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the portion exceeding 15% per annum from among delay damages incurred after October 1, 2015 is dismissed.
