If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

On December 13, 2012, the Defendant prepared a false complaint on D using a computer at his own house located in the Gyeonggi-do Suwon-si Seoul Building C, 304 Dong 501.

The complaint is that "A business operator has made only a transaction passbook without lending the name of the business operator to D, but thereafter he/she received an application from the individual business operator under the name of D without his/her own permission."

However, the defendant consented to use the name of the defendant in the business registration application form D.

Nevertheless, the defendant sent the above complaint to the Busan District Prosecutors' Office on the same day by registered mail and received the above complaint on December 14, 2012.

In this respect, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.
