Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.
Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.
Punishment of the crime
On May 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected the Internet file sharing site to Ad'B; and (b) displayed and distributed the victim C's literary works in a manner that makes it possible for many and unspecified people to download without permission; and (c) infringed the victim's author's property rights by downloading the victim C's literary works to Ad'B.
