1. The defendant shall pay 45,150,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from February 1, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, indicating the claim, was employed by the Defendant, working for the boiler, the manufacture of heat exchange boiler and the wholesale and retail business, and served from December 2, 2014 to January 16, 2015. However, the Plaintiff failed to receive KRW 45,150,00 in total, which was the amount of KRW 28,950,00 for December 2, 2014, and KRW 16,200,000.
