Punishment of the crime
On August 2, 2013, at around 01:40, the Defendant driven B K7 car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.184% at a section of approximately 2 km from the front day of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Seodong 353-6 Honam Holdings to the front day of the same Sungsandong 243-6.
