A person who is not an entrusted business entity or the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation for the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not issue (including the issuance through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or others similar thereto and shall not provide property or financial benefits to those who win the result.

Nevertheless, a name-free person is responsible for the overall operation of "G", which is an illegal sports gambling site, at the Vietnam Hose Ho, and the Defendants are willing to charge the amount deposited in the charging account by dividing working hours at a week and at night (from 9:0 p.m. to 9:0 p.m. for the day, from 9:0 p.m. for the night, from 9:0 p.m. to 9:0 a.m. for the night, to 9:0 a.m.) for the use in the above illegal sports gambling site, or exchange dividends paid to members in cash, and adjust the rate of distribution of the above illegal sports gambling site according to the success of the sports competition, and to act as a member, such as raising comments on the bulletin board or responding to the members' questions.
