However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On March 23, 2014, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of 0.207% with a blood alcohol concentration of 02:20% and driving the said vehicle in front of the new ocean route in the superscoping down of a wooden city, was changed from the two-lane to the one-lane, while driving the road in front of the new ocean route in the superscoping down of a wooden city to the hescopic bank.

At the time of night, it was difficult to view the front door, and in such a case, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely operating the front door by checking the front door well.

Nevertheless, due to the above influence of drinking, the Defendant was negligent in driving under normal conditions, such as the string and the string distance on the inside of the eye, while neglecting to do so and proceeding the said road in the same direction, and received the back portion of the rocketing car volume right side of the victim C(41 years old) driving with one lane in the same direction in the same direction.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, inflicted injury on the victim C, such as catum cat, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and caused the victim E (the 12 years old), who is the passenger of the said rocketing and other vehicles, to suffer injury, such as two external wounds for which medical treatment is required for about two weeks.
