If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

A medical person shall provide medical services within a medical institution, except as otherwise expressly provided for in the Medical Service Act or other Acts and subordinate statutes or in extenuating circumstances in which a patient needs to provide on-site medical treatment.

Around October 2012, the Defendant and C agreed with F to provide medical services outside a medical institution in collusion with F by proposing that the medical doctor F, who is a medical person, who opened “E” on the second floor of the building located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, reported to the public health clinic, provided vaccination to the residents in the apartment complex complex, and provided the consent of F.

The Defendant and C’s joint criminal behaviors at the end of October 2012: (a) the Defendant: (b) a medical examination report stating that he/she would be engaged in vaccination at the senior citizens’ home located in the Gunpo-si G apartment on November 3, 2012; (c) a medical examination report, etc. was made on November 1, 2012 with F’s seal; and (d) the Defendant submitted the report by facsimile to the Gunpo-si Public Health Center on November 2, 2012; and (c) the militarypo-si Public Health Center provided, on November 2, 2012, F of the F Public Health Act, that vaccination may be conducted outside the public health and medical institution only at the time of the outbreak of infectious diseases pursuant to Article 3 of the Public Notice on the Criteria and Method for Vaccination; and (d) the Defendant notified the F of vaccination that he/she will not be permitted to take vaccination except for the Japanese vaccination to prevent the outbreak of infectious diseases.

C with a daily rate of two doctors including F, one nurse, etc., from November 3, 2012 to November 21:00, 2012, the military apartment apartment apartment located in the militaryposi, from November 3, 2012 to 21:00, the above doctors and 120 nurses received 15,000 won per person from about 120 apartment residents and provided vaccination.

Accordingly, the defendant and C are F.
