The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On August 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on August 22, 2018, the Defendant: (b) committed an assault against the victim C (here, 7 years of age) who was getting stairs from the second floor of the access stairs of the apartment building B in the Yasan-si, Yasan-si; (c) reported the Defendant’s appearance; and (d) prevented the victim from being injured by players, a self-satisfy, and a single hand.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Subparagraph 6 of Article 327 of the Criminal Procedure Act (Submission of an agreement containing the victim's legal representatives' intention not to punish after the institution of public prosecution);
