On December 1, 2015, the Plaintiff, on December 1, 2015, set the interest rate of KRW 40 million to the Defendant as 2.5% (payment on the first day of each month) and the due date on December 1, 2016.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest and delay damages calculated at the interest rate of 24% per annum for the Plaintiff within the agreed interest rate from December 2, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the borrowing date.
