1. The Defendant shall pay 76,370,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from May 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. A claim for the payment of KRW 76,370,00 for the attempted amount of the carpets sold between April 2007 and October 2007 between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, and for the delayed payment thereof. 2. A judgment by service by publication (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
