Reasons

1. The Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the designated parties to the claim (hereinafter “Plaintiffs”) are employed by the Defendant and provided work at the workplace operated by the Defendant during the service period of each Plaintiff listed in the separate sheet, but did not receive wages and retirement allowances as stated in the separate sheet.
