1. The defendant shall pay 148,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from April 14, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff’s claim indication KRW 15,00,000,000 on December 6, 201, and KRW 20,000,00 on December 19, 19, and KRW 15,00,00 on January 19, 201;

8. On July 20, 200,000 won, and total of KRW 148,000,000 on December 17, 2013, including KRW 148,00,000,00. The Defendant requested the return on July 1, 2014 and December 1, 2014, but the Defendant had a duty to pay the Plaintiff the said loan amounting to KRW 148,00,000,00 and delay damages.
2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of a judgment without holding any pleadings.
