Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate of KRW 54,050,685 and the interest rate of KRW 50,000,000, which is the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 24, 2017 to the date of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
