However, due to the absence of the above goods, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to send the goods even if he received money from the injured party.

The Defendant received KRW 225,00 from the victim as the price for the goods on the same day from the victim, and received KRW 3,635,000 in total from the victims 15 times in total, as shown in the List of Crimes, from January 8, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.
