A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-learning car.
On December 15, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car at a 20:20-20-o, the Defendant driven the front of the shooting distance from the gold-ro 306-1, Jinyang-gu, Jinyang-do, Jin-do, to the private speed along the two-lanes from the gold-ro to the shooting range.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) by its occupational negligence, caused the injury to the victim E (the age 24), who was on board the said bus, to the victim E (the age 24) for about two weeks, caused the injury to the base and tension of the conjection requiring treatment for about three weeks; (b) the injury to the victim G (the age 24); (c) the injury to the base and tension of the conjection requiring treatment for about three weeks; and (d) the injury to the victim H (the age 15), caused the injury to the right side of the shoulder box that requires treatment for about two days; and (e) the victim I (the age 15), caused the injury to the victim E (the age 15), while the above city bus repair costs to ensure that the victim F (the age 27) is 459,525 won; and (e) did not immediately stop and stop the accident.
