1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from November 9, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On July 31, 2012, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) the Defendant; and (b) the period of reimbursement set as of November 30, 2013, leased KRW 60 million; and (c) the damages for delay from the day following the delivery of the complaint.
