마약류관리에관한법률위반(향정)
1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Provision of Handphones;
A. A. On August 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid off a psychotropic drug from C Apartment 3502dong 1701; (b) from D, approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, and provided approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, at the Fmophone E in the Haak-gun of Chungcheongbuk-gun on October 2, 2015; and (c) provided approximately 0.5g of the said opphone to G.
B. On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid off 0.2g of philophones from H and provided approximately 0.2g of philophones to G around October 29, 2015; (b) around October 29, 2015, the Defendant provided approximately 0.2g of the said philophones to G.
C. On October 2015, the Defendant provided approximately 0.3 g of philopon to G in the mutual influent officetels located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-do, Jindo-gun, Jindo-do, on November 21, 2015, with approximately 0.3g of philopon to G.
On January 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid off approximately 0.5g phiphones from J, and provided approximately 0.5g 0.5g of the said day to G with approximately 0.5g of the said phiphones on the same day, Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I apartment No. 103 906, and G with approximately 0.5g of the said phiphones.
2. Medication of phiphones.
A. On October 2, 2015, the Defendant administered 0.2g of philophones in a container with G, and 0.2g of philophones by using a philophone inhales inhaleing machine, at around October 2, 2015.
B. On October 29, 2015, the Defendant administered 103 Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I apartment 103 906, G in a container with approximately 0.2 g of philopon, and 0.2 g of philopon by using a philopthon inhaler in a cropon inhaled method.
C. On January 13, 2016, the Defendant put in a container approximately 0.1g of philopon, along with G and J, at the K-ro unit located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and put in a container a smoke of 0.1g of philopon, which occurs by heating flopon.
