1. The defendant shall pay 68,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 25% per annum from January 1, 1998 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The indication of the claim: (a) on February 15, 1992, the loan of KRW 28 million against the defendant on February 15, 1992; (b) on March 29, 1996, the loan of KRW 20 million against the defendant's wife C jointly and severally guaranteed by the defendant; and (c) on December 27, 1996, the loan of KRW 20 million on December 27, 1996 (a claim which is identical to the final judgment of the Chuncheon District Court Decision 98Da2702, 2008Ga1080).
