1. On October 23, 2014, from around 21:00 to October 24: 00, 2014, the Defendant was provided with services and alcoholic beverages worth KRW 32,000, in total by the victim D’s 2nd floor in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, by acting as if the Defendant were to pay the fees, etc. for singing practice, despite the lack of intent and ability to pay the fees, etc. for singing practice in the “Eking practice room” of the victim D’s operation of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 32,00.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages by deceiving the victim.

At around 04:00 on October 24, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim D (the 37-year-old) to singing in the said “Esing practice room”; (b) but (c) the victim refused to do so, the Defendant refused the request, “I must report the fact that he sold alcoholic beverages in the Round without being informed of KRW 200,000,000,000; (b) must continue to run well, and (c) must be reported well, and (d) if you want to do so, I would like to report illegal business; and (d) the Defendant did not intend to receive KRW 20,00,000 from the frighting victim, but the victim did not report the fact to the police, thereby doing so and did not commit an attempted crime.

Accordingly, the defendant attempted to receive property by threatening the victim.

In addition to the circumstances such as the failure to recover damage and the fact that a large number of fines are criminal records, the punishment shall be imposed.
