A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) operated sexual traffic establishments under the trade name of "D" in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and had E as its chief office manage overall business, such as employees interview, customer guidance, etc.
At around 01:30 on September 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) received 60,000 won from the male son who found his place from E; (b) provided studio guidance to allow sexual traffic women F to conduct the act of similarity in such a way as to cause the son’s sexual organ to be shakened with his hand, and to conduct the act of similarity in such a way as to make the said male son’s sexual organ early into his hand; and (c) operated the act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. by the said method from May 15, 2012 to September 18, 2012.
As a result, the defendant conspired with E to commit acts of arranging sexual traffic in the above manner.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Juvenile Protection Act is a person who operates a marina-type establishment in the name of “D” on the third floor in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
No person shall openly distribute media materials harmful to juveniles to places where the public pass through such media materials.
Nevertheless, around 22:00 on September 11, 2012, the Defendant distributed approximately 52,500 copies of harmful leaflets printed in the size of a name tag (a.e., 10.5 cm, 6.5 cm in length) containing the content of suggesting sexual traffic (a.e., female math, Hadco 1:1 petle, Hadco 1:1 petle, Modle’s age, i) to unspecified persons at public places where 52,500 copies of harmful leaflets are passed by the public.
