A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On April 2014, the Defendant used a credit card issued under the name of husband C in the Victim B Co., Ltd., which was the husband, but C left well a credit card that was not used by the above credit card.
1. Fraud;
A. On July 9, 2014, the Defendant, in fact, did not have obtained the husband’s consent or consent to the re-issuance of a credit card with respect to the victim B, the Defendant informed a male who is a Chinese citizen on the non-name to engage in the re-issuance of a credit card with her husband C at a non-use place, as if her husband C, and provided the victim’s customer center to allow the said Chinese male to engage in the re-issuance of a credit card with her husband as if her husband was her husband.
As above, the Defendant deceptioned the victim company and then acquired it through B (D) from the victim B Co., Ltd. on July 14, 2014.
B. On August 7, 2014, the Defendant related to the fraud of the use of credit cards purchased cosmetic goods from “F” located in Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and employees in the name of the victim while purchasing cosmetic goods.
Along with the fact that there is no legitimate authority to use B issued with the name of C as described in the paragraph, it presented as if there was no legitimate authority to use B, and it received 305,000 cosmetic goods from the victim. From around that time to February 18, 2016, between around 16 to February 00, 2016, a sum of 1,895,540 won was received and acquired through the same method through the same 16 times, as shown in the attached list 1.
2. On September 5, 2014, the Defendant of larceny: (a) 1-A) was established at a point of the CH Bank C in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at a point of the Ch Bank C.
A cash service is received by 50,000 won by inserting B, which has been issued with the name of C as described in the paragraph, and manipulating an automatic cash payer.
