F is the president of a construction company performing the same work, and now he/she has graduated from the construction department of the Han River with the first president of the construction department of the Han River Construction department, and now he/she has entered the Cheong River Construction. Within three months, he/she shall conduct the construction work within three months. The commencement of the construction work is false.

However, even if the victims receive money, there was no intention or ability to get them to operate the collection.

As such, the Defendant, from the time of deceiving the victims as such, received KRW 20 million from the victim’s workplace to May 16, 201, made false statements to the victims at least 12 times, as shown in the separate crime list, from May 16, 2013, and belonged the victims up to 11 times.
