However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 2015, the Defendant received a single injection machine with approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs from F from a Mesphere (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) at the Masphere room located in Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju, and received a single injection machine from F.

2. On June 2015, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of clophonephones in the Man-gu, Gwangju, Man-gu, by drinking in water at the Man-gu, Gwangju, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams.

3. On June 15, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant received a disposable injection machine melting approximately 0.03g water melting from F in the Mophone Mophone in Gwangju Northern-gu.

4. On June 15, 2015, at around 22:30, the Defendant administered a disposable injection machine for the Defendant’s arms in which water melting approximately 0.03g of philopopon in a clopon clopon, located in G in Gwangju Northern-gu.
