1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 84,00,000 and KRW 30,000,00 among them, from December 18, 2016 to the day of full payment.
1. On July 23, 2009, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 30,000,00 to the Defendant at an interest rate of KRW 2.5% per month and July 23, 2010. Since the Defendant did not repay this, the Plaintiff filed a claim against the Defendant for damages for delay calculated at an annual rate of KRW 30% per annum from the day following the day of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint against the principal amount of KRW 30,000,00 (i.e., principal amount of KRW 30,000,000) to July 23, 2010 to July 23, 2016, and damages for delay calculated at an annual rate of KRW 30,000 from the day of complete payment.
