A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) by the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a new franchise and XG car.
On August 7, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car on August 22, 2019, and continued to drive the said car along the same four-lanes from the permissible side to the direction of the road in the direction of C at the time of harmony.
