1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 346,735,849 and KRW 341,597,743 among them. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27509, Nov. 1, 2016>
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant only submitted the original copy of each payment order and submitted the formal written objection, but did not appear on the date of pleading, so all of the plaintiff's assertions in accordance with Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to have been led to a confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
