1. The Defendant is based on the termination of title trust on July 5, 2018 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. An oral agreement between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff to purchase an automobile indicated in the separate sheet around November 2003, and to trust the name of the owner of the registration ledger to the Plaintiff. Accordingly, on November 24, 2003, the transfer of ownership is registered under the Plaintiff’s name with respect to the said automobile. The service of a duplicate of the complaint in this case by the Plaintiff on July 2, 2018 (the delivery date on July 5, 2018) of the notice of termination of the title trust agreement (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
